All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown during checkout.

4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and verification. Moxero may cancel or refuse any order due to fraud suspicion, pricing errors, payment issues, or product unavailability. Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Payments
Payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateway partners. Moxero does not store card details, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Opened or used perfumes are generally not eligible unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All trademarks, logos, product names, images, packaging, website content, and designs are the exclusive property of Moxero and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. User Responsibilities
Users must not provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, misuse website content, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

Moxero shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.
